What is an organic install?

Organic installs are from users who did not arrive in your app via a marketing activity. Non-organic installs are from users who engaged in a marketing activity (by clicking a banner ad, for example).

Is Base really free?

Yes! You can start for free with our Base solution which gives you access to all features in our Core solution, up to 1,500 monthly attributions for up to 12 months, and access to our award winning support team with email support in English.

Where are Adjust's servers located?

Adjust stores all client data in Europe and the U.S. Our data centers are located in Germany, The Netherlands and in the U.S. We also give you a choice of where you’d like your data to be stored with our Data Residency solution.

Do you charge for your iOS 14+ solutions?

No. Every client has access to our robust iOS 14+ and SKAdNetwork solutions. We are a product-driven company and we feel it is important that clients focus on finding the right iOS strategy, not how much they’ll be charged for it.

What about privacy compliance?

Adjust follows the strictest global privacy regulations and complies with applicable laws (including GDPR and CCPA). We are are also ISO/IEC 27001 certified.
