Why I’m passing the mantle to Simon “Bobby” Dussart as Adjust’s new CEO

After 10 incredible years as co-founder, CTO, and then CEO of Adjust, I’ve decided that now is the right time to take a step back and pass the mantle to Simon “Bobby” Dussart as Adjust’s new CEO.

We have all worked so hard together toward positioning Adjust as the No.1 mobile measurement solution for app developers and marketers. Just last year, we grew our customer base by 30%, and it could not have happened without all of you — our trusted partners and customers — and our entire team.

This is why I say from the heart that no one is more perfectly suited to lead the Adjust team into our next chapter than Bobby.

Since joining Adjust in 2014, when we were just a small group of employees with a big vision, Bobby had a prominent presence as a valuable and trusted partner. He’s well-known for his passion and dedication to product innovation, our customers and partners, and he keeps your needs at the center of everything Adjust does.

Bobby has worn many hats and has been deeply involved in many core areas of our business. Over the years, he has served as Head of Solutions and Integrations, Vice President of Support, and most recently as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), overseeing the company’s substantial global client services organization and ensuring that Adjust products continue to meet marketers’ evolving needs.

As Adjust’s new CEO, Bobby will lead all operational management of Adjust, while maintaining the company vision of delivering a single set of solutions that empower mobile marketers in every aspect of their jobs.

His unique mix of experience and expertise coupled with his deep understanding of the intricacies of Adjust’s products and how they’re built make him perfectly poised for this role. Bobby has my full support and confidence.

I can assure you that Adjust will continue, as it has since we were acquired by AppLovin in 2021, to run as a separate company, both legally and technologically. Adjust’s first-rate product, engineering, customer success, and award-winning technical support teams will continue to be exclusively focused on furthering the development of the Adjust platform and driving our customers’ success.

This is an exciting next step for Adjust and I want you all to know that as a key advisor, I remain committed to helping the company evolve and grow. I’m also looking forward to the flexibility to pursue new endeavors.

It has been a true honor and a pleasure — and a whole lot of fun — working with this team. To my friends and colleagues at Adjust, thank you all. And most of all, thank you to our clients and partners for putting your trust in Adjust. These have been amazing years we’ve spent together, and I look forward to our continued success.
